Shipping
Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after your purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). Please enjoy our FREE shipping special after 150.00 purchase. Please allow an additional 5 days for custom orders. All items are shipped via fast and reliable USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping price for small packages are USPS First Class Rate of $3.00 or a FLAT rate of $7.95 for United States only and a flat rate of $23.00 for Canada. All International clients will have an adjusted amount according to region.

Returns & refunds
The Sharmooz Company take prides in the workmanship of all fabulous items! If any product arrives with an obvious production run defect, we will gladly refund your cost minus shipping and handling if returned within 14 days of order shipment date. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Colors may vary slightly due to computer screen differentiation. Items can not be returned without approval from a customer service specialist. Any items returned, without an obvious defect, not following policy, will be deducted a 20% restocking fee.

Care & Handling
We recommend that you wash your scarves and wraps in cold water on a hand cycle, no bleach & that you hang dry or air dryer setting. Clothing designs dry cleaned prefered except Rayon Knit Jumpsuits and Dresses wash in gentle cycle & air dry setting.
